Can I bring or rent a boat?

The dock is exclusive to the home and yours to enjoy as much as you want! You're welcome to bring/rent a boat and tie up to the dock for easy lake access. We have cleats and bumpers for you to tie up. There is a boat launch about 15 mins from the house where you can put your boat in the water and drive it over to the house. There is one culvert to go under so please just make sure your boat has a tower that can fold down or come off. Our part of the lake is expansive itself, so you can easily do any watersports you need on the water in front of the house without having to go back and forth onto the main lake unless you so choose. There are also boat rental companies that you can rent from who will deliver a boat or jet skis to the house.

How deep is the water off the dock?

We have an amazing 7 ft of depth off the dock on all sides which is great if you're bringing a boat or swimming! We have a swim ladder and swim net out on the dock as well as a Solo Stove fire pit. There are 6 fire pit chairs and 4 lounge chairs provided that you can use on the dock.

How fast is the WiFi?

We have a great wifi set up at the house with Starlink that gets 150-300mbps. Needless to say fast internet + amazing views = best remote work location ever.

What are the bedroom / bathroom situations?

Our home offers four bedrooms - two spacious master bedrooms with king beds, and two queen bedrooms. Each bedroom has a built-in closet. Every bedroom has a bathroom with its own toilet and vanity. The two master bedrooms each include a large bathroom, one with a tub/shower and the other with a walk-in double rain shower.

What amenities does the kitchen have?

The open plan kitchen is large and well-equipped with everything you need to cook meals, including:
- 36" range oven
- Full size microwave
- Toaster
- Keurig coffee machine
- Water Kettle
- Spacious fridge
- Dishes, glassware, cookware, and tupperware
- Blender
- Baking gear
There is also a large dining table with seating for 8 and a high chair, plus an expansive island for prepping and cooking.

Do you have an EV charger?

Yes! We have a level 2 EV charger onsite free for your use.

Is there off-street parking?

We have a huge parking area that can comfortably fit up to 6 cars, or offer plenty of room to easily turn around with a trailer if you have one!

Do you allow pets?

In order to provide a space that is allergy free for all guests we have a no pet policy. There is a great boarding place 5 minutes down the road if you want to have your pets nearby to visit!

Do you provide anything for babies/kids?

We have a pack 'n play, baby bath and high chair free for your use in the house. We also provide utensils and dinnerware for kids and we have a selection of books / games / blow up floats and swim rings for you to enjoy!
